My name is John Knape, and as Holy Ghost’s capital campaign manager, I look forward to helping the parish achieve its commendable goals.
(January 1, 2016) As we celebrate the Feast of Mary, the Mother of God, it is with great joy and optimism that I report that we have been approved for our restoration project and Capital Campaign that commences immediately. The Year of Mercy which began a few weeks ago will be a year that will help us continue to provide Denver with a holy, reverent, and beautiful place of worship and Sacrament for decades to come as we prepare for our 75th Anniversary.
The coming weeks will set the groundwork for this venture as we present more detailed information about the scope of our interior and exterior restoration and as we ramp up for the campaign. It is an exciting time here at Holy Ghost.
(May 1, 2016) The Holy Ghost, Renewed By The Spirit! Capital Campaign has received $925,916 in gifts and pledges toward our $2.4 million goal. Thank you for your sacrifice and for making a difference at Holy Ghost.
Please remember you may consider several options when fulfilling your commitment. Most parishioners prefer mailing a check to the parish or using envelopes and placing their payment in the collection basket at Mass. (Please be sure to note payment is toward your Capital Campaign Pledge.) Special campaign envelopes will be available in mid-June.
Others may like the option of Holy Ghost's online giving service.
If you decided to go this route, you must complete a pledge card in advance. If you have any questions about redemption of your pledge, please contact the Parish Office at 303-292-1556.
If you haven't yet made your sacrificial pledge, please consider calling or visiting the Parish Office for information on how you may join your brothers and sisters in faith in supporting this wonderful restoration project.
Capital campaign efforts are underway at Holy Ghost with our focus on recruiting our volunteer team. We wish to announce that Peter and Tina McDonald are serving as General Chairs for the campaign. In addition, we are thankful for John Atencio, Dennis Gallagher, and Ed Routzon who are serving as honorary chairs for our effort and
Dr. Victoria McCabe who is on the board as a cabinet member.
We are grateful for their willingness to help and encourage you to prayerfully consider joining our volunteer team. If you wish to be a member or have questions, please contact our Campaign Manager John Knape at the Parish Office at 303-292-1556.

So then, as we have opportunity, let us do good to everyone,
and especially to those who are of the household of faith. – Gal. 6:10
